Refund & Return Policy – Baba’s Cave

Overview

At Baba’s Cave, we specialize in premium food products such as saffron, spices, blends, and teas.
Because these are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there has been an error in preparation, we will make it right.


No Returns (Food Products)

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered or collected, except in cases of:

    • defective products,

    • damage during shipping,

    • or an order fulfillment error.

  • To be eligible for resolution, items must remain sealed and unused. Any opened or repackaged product cannot be accepted.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  2. Email hello@babascave.com with:

      • your order number,

      • clear photos of the package and items (outer box, inner packaging, labels, and product seals),

      • a description of the issue.

    Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

    ⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


    Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable food products (saffron, spices, teas, blends).

    • Gift cards and sale items.

    • Customized or special-order products.


    Refunds (if approved)

    • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    • If more than 15 business days have passed after our approval, please contact us at hello@babascave.com
